What We Do

Hi, I’m Lee Welch, the founder of Welch Wellbeing. Since 2020, my mission has been to help people reclaim their personal power and transform their lives from the inside out. As a certified Principles Teacher, Transformational Coach, and experienced Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor, I guide individuals on a journey toward greater self-awareness, balance, and empowerment.

At Welch Wellbeing, it’s all about you. I listen deeply to your needs and tailor my approach to support your personal or professional growth. Together, we work with energy—yours—and I teach you simple yet powerful practices to apply in your everyday life. All it takes is an open mind, time, and a willingness to learn. The results? A renewed sense of personal power and the tools to live with greater ease and purpose.

How We Help

I currently run Tai Chi and Qigong classes across Buckinghamshire, England, and offer private one-to-one and group coaching sessions for individuals and businesses. My coaching blends the transformative Three Principles framework with energetic practices, offering a holistic approach to wellbeing.

In recognition of my work, Welch Wellbeing has received two awards from Bark.com. But this is just the beginning—there’s so much more in store.

I’m also excited to share Tai Chi Globe, an online knowledge hub dedicated to the ongoing study of Tai Chi and Qigong. This resource, exclusively for Tai Chi Globe members, is designed to support your learning and growth, wherever you are in the world.

Additionally, I’m developing an online programme called Inner Kingdom: Foundations. This is the first step in an expansive new project that blends universal principles with practical tools to help you navigate the challenges of everyday life.

Why We Do What We Do

After 25 years in the financial industry and time spent as a National Coordinator of a people’s movement, I had a profound realisation: many of us agree that we’re unhappy with the direction of the world, but amidst the noise, we’ve forgotten our potential to change it. I believe that personal power is the key to transformation—whether it’s within yourself, your career, your relationships, or your health.

What is personal power?
